Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility: You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in unused, unwashed condition with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Gift cards
- Certain Sale or clearance items
- Custom-made or personalized items
How to Make a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at nestnurture.co@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the items you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. -
Return Instructions:
Once we receive your email, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions. Please ensure that the item is securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping. -
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. -
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. -
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please let us know in your return request. Once we receive the returned item, we will send out the exchanged product as soon as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
We want your experience with Nest and Nurture to be nothing short of perfect. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a description and photo of the damage. We will provide you with a full refund, send you a replacement item, or offer store credit, depending on your preference.
Late Returns
Returns made after the 30-day return period will not be accepted. However, if you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us, and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.
